Tasting Notes

Nose: A gentle and approachable nose, hinting at sweet corn, light caramel, and a touch of vanilla bean. There's a subtle underlying spiciness reminiscent of cracked pepper and faint oak char, with perhaps a whisper of green apple or pear.

Palate: The palate is light-bodied and straightforward, delivering a mild sweetness of butterscotch and caramel corn. A soft undertone of toasted grain and a delicate oak spice emerge mid-palate, lacking significant depth but offering a clean, easy-drinking character. Very little alcohol burn for an 80 proof bourbon.

Finish: A relatively short and clean finish. Mild sweetness of corn lingers momentarily, fading quickly into a faint, dry oak note and a trace of black pepper. No lingering bitterness or harshness, making it quite quaffable.
