Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
We want every order to arrive safely and as described. Because many of the products we sell are collectible, limited-production, vintage, or irreplaceable, all return, refund, and replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Before We Can Review Your Claim

To evaluate any return, refund, or replacement request, we require clear photographs of:
• The front of the bottle
• The back of the bottle
• Close-up photographs of the bottle seal and closure
• The product box or packaging (if applicable)
• The shipping box and all packing materials used during shipment
• Any visible damage to the bottle, packaging, or contents
Additional photographs or information may be requested before a claim can be approved.
Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
If a return is approved we will provide a return shipping label.
If a refund is approved, we will issue one through shopify and the funds will be returned to your payment method less shipping cost. We do not refund shipping charges.
New & Current Production Bottles
New and current production bottles are products that are actively produced and commonly available in the marketplace.
Damaged or Broken Bottles
If a bottle arrives broken or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Once the claim is approved, we may offer:
• A replacement bottle (subject to availability), or
• A refund to the original payment method
In most cases, the original bottle and/or damaged merchandise must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be issued. We will provide instructions if a return is required.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Vintage & Dusty Bottles
Vintage, dusty, discontinued, and collectible bottles are unique items that may exhibit signs of age, including:
• Minor evaporation (commonly known as "ullage")
• Slight leakage around the cork or seal
• Label wear, staining, fading, or other cosmetic imperfections
• Variations in fill level
These characteristics are considered normal for older bottles and are not defects.
Leakage During Transit
Because vintage bottles often contain older corks and seals, some additional leakage may occur during shipment as a result of normal handling and movement.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for minor leakage.
Eligible Vintage Bottle Claims
We will only consider a return, refund, or replacement request for a vintage bottle if the leakage is substantial and results in a loss of 2 ounces (approximately 60 mL) or more of liquid.
All vintage bottle claims must be supported by the photographs described above and submitted promptly after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
• Bottles that have been opened or consumed
• Products with normal vintage-related evaporation, ullage, or minor leakage under 2 ounces
• Cosmetic imperfections that were visible in product photographs or described in the listing
• Claims submitted without sufficient supporting documentation
• Claims submitted outside the applicable reporting period
Final Determination
All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to review and approval by our customer service team. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
