Distilled in November 2007 at Barbados' legendary Foursquare distillery, this 10-year-old single cask expression showcases unadulterated tropical maturation at a blistering 128.8 proof. Selected exclusively by Lincoln Road Package and Magnolia Barrel House for the Rhumb Runner Collector Cask Series, only 231 bottles were drawn from this exceptional barrel. It delivers a deeply layered profile of charred oak, demerara sugar, and exotic spice tailored for the most discerning spirits connoisseur.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Potent aromas of toasted coconut, dark brown sugar, and overripe banana mingled with charred oak, pipe tobacco, Madagascar vanilla bean, and old leather.
Palate: Viscous and explosive at 128.8 proof, uncoiling with bold waves of grilled pineapple, rich molasses, dark demerara sugar, and heavy baking spices including clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg, balanced by robust, drying oak tannins.
Finish: Exceptionally long and resonant, drying down with lingering dark cocoa nibs, toasted oak, dried figs, cigar wrapper, and warm tropical warmth.
