Tasting Notes

Nose: Inviting aromas of polished antique oak, warm caramel, soft vanilla bean, dried red cherries, and a touch of dusty cocoa with a faint trace of charcoal smoke.

Palate: Silky and exceptionally gentle on the entry, opening with layers of honeyed toffee, baked orchard fruits, nutmeg, and mellow seasoned wood balanced by gentle charcoal sweetness.

Finish: Mellow and clean, trailing off with lingering toasted oak tannins, delicate baking spice, sweet leather, and soft caramel.
