Nine years of patient maturation culminate in this collaborative powerhouse selected by Rare Pours and The Elites. Drawn uncut from single barrel HIC-014 at a commanding 110.06 proof, it delivers bold waves of dark toffee, seasoned oak, and rich tobacco that showcase the pinnacle of modern barrel sourcing.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Luxardo cherries, charred oak, rich brown sugar, Madagascar vanilla bean, and warm cinnamon stick with subtle undertones of aged leather.
Palate: Viscous and oily on the palate, presenting decadent layers of dark toffee, caramelized fig, pipe tobacco, and cocoa nibs balanced by robust oak tannins.
Finish: Long, warming, and complex, tapering off with roasted pecans, allspice, lingering rye pepper, and deep caramel sweetness.
