As it opens, a whisper of old leather and damp forest floor adds complexity.

Palate: A powerful yet elegant arrival, delivering a rich tapestry of flavors. The peat smoke is assertive but beautifully balanced by a creamy sweetness, reminiscent of salted caramel and dark chocolate. Intermingled are flavors of exotic spices – black pepper, nutmeg, and a touch of ginger – alongside dried apricots and figs. A mineralic tang, like wet stones, underscores the maritime influence.
