A jigger has ONE job, and this one just does it better. Not only does our stainless steel Japanese jigger have the standard marking lines (1/2 oz, 1 oz, 1 1/2 oz and 2 oz), but we worked with our factory to add a bar spoon and 1/4 oz on the smaller side, as well as 1 1/4 and 1 3/4 oz on the larger side. Trust me, if your recipe calls for only 1/4 oz of something, you're probably going to want to get it right. (I'm looking at you, Luxardo.) And a standard cocktail jigger just won't cut it.
Our stainless steel cocktail jigger is made from stainless steel 304. (That means no weird rust spots appearing as the first or thousandth time through the dishwasher.)Â
