Tasting Notes

Nose: A captivating fusion of sweet agave, toasted oak, and vanilla bean, underpinned by delicate notes of baked apple, caramel, and a whisper of white pepper. The Buffalo Trace barrel influence subtly emerges as a faint hint of char and spice, a fascinating interplay with the tequila's inherent character.

Palate: The palate opens with a smooth, medium-bodied entry. Initial flavors of cooked agave and rich caramel swiftly transition into a delightful crème brûlée sweetness, complemented by a gentle oak spice. Subtle hints of dried fruit, particularly fig, mingle with a faint nuttiness and a fleeting suggestion of butterscotch from the bourbon-seasoned wood. Despite the relatively short aging, the integration of flavors is remarkably harmonious.
