These Black Walnut Bitters add a deep and rich earthiness to your cocktail.  Bluegrass Bitters™ Dark Walnut Bitters use true black walnut, a complement of baking spices, and just a hint of chocolate to create this complex and aromatic flavor.

These are best suited for Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, or holiday ciders, but also work well with other dark spirits and make an outstanding Bitters and Soda when added to ginger ale.  These are the go-to bitters for bourbon drinkers who prefer a bourbon-forward drink.
