Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense and brooding aromas of dark chocolate, black cherry reduction, and molasses, underscored by pipe tobacco, polished leather, and fragrant charred oak.

Palate: Massive and viscous with an immediate rush of roasted coffee beans, dark toffee, and stewed figs, followed by cracked black pepper, clove, and rich toasted stave tannins.

Finish: Monumental and dry, lingering endlessly with notes of baker's cocoa, spicy cinnamon bark, dried dark berries, and warm antique wood.
