Tasting Notes

Nose: The nose opens with a distinctive Highland Park signature of aromatic peat smoke, reminiscent of smoldering heather and sea spray. Underlying this are notes of ripe orchard fruits – baked apple and pear – alongside creamy vanilla, honey, and a hint of warm baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. A subtle citrus zest and floral top notes add complexity.

Palate: The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering a beautiful balance between sweet and savory. Initial sweetness of honey, marzipan, and vanilla custard gives way to a vibrant burst of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and orange peel.
