Underlying notes of toasted oak, baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), and a subtle hint of leather and tobacco leaf emerge, suggesting complexity from its age.

Palate: The entry is smooth yet robust, delivering a concentrated core of sweet corn and butterscotch, quickly followed by a wave of warm spices – black pepper, clove, and a touch of ginger. The oak influence is well-integrated, providing a backbone of dried wood and char, balanced by flashes of candied orange peel and a creamy, almost custard-like texture.

Finish: A long, satisfying finish that lingers with notes of sweet oak and a peppery spice.
