There's an underlying oak presence, almost like a spice cupboard, hinting at cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: The palate is surprisingly soft at 80 proof, immediately greeting with a rich sweetness. Candied orange and butterscotch lead, followed by a gentle warming spice reminiscent of clove and allspice. A creamy texture coats the mouth, revealing vanilla extract, toasted almond, and a touch of dark chocolate. The rum influence is quite pronounced, lending a tropical fruit sweetness rather than a traditional bourbon caramel punch.

Finish: The finish is medium in length, with lingering notes of orange zest and sweet vanilla. A delicate dryness emerges at the end, along with a whisper of oak tannin and a final echo of baking spices. It's smooth and pleasant, inviting another sip.
