Our Original James F. C. Hyde Sorgho Whiskey, made from 100% gluten free American Sorghum. Made following bourbon rules (except we use 100% sorghum) it is distilled to no more than 160; and aged in virgin American oak barrels at proof of no more than 125. It is bottled at a potent yet incredibly smooth 86 proof.
