Our Bottled in Bond Sorgho Whiskey is identical to our Original James FC Hyde Sorgho Whiskey - with two exceptions. It is aged at least 4 years in the barrel and proofed to 100 before bottling. One other exception, it won a gold medal at the 2020 SF Spirits Competition.
