Hints of cocoa and vanilla bean emerge, alongside a faint floral character.

Palate: The entry is soft yet complex, revealing a velvety texture. Sweet vanilla and caramel lead, quickly complemented by dark fruit - stewed cherry and dried apricot. A vibrant interplay of spice, including nutmeg and a touch of black pepper, balances the sweetness. The oak is well-integrated, providing structure without bitterness, with nutty undertones.

Finish: Medium-long and warming, with lingering notes of sweet oak and caramel. The baking spices fade gracefully, leaving behind a pleasant dryness and a final whisper of cocoa and roasted coffee bean.
