Rich caramel and vanilla bean are prominent, intertwined with toasted oak, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, and a delicate hint of ripe banana. Underlying notes of charcoal mellowing gracefully emerge, adding a subtle smoky depth, balanced by dried fruit like apricot and fig.

Palate: The palate is remarkably smooth and medium-bodied, a testament to its Tennessee Whiskey origins despite its higher proof. Initial waves of dark honey and buttery toffee coat the tongue, quickly followed by a pleasant warmth. Sweet oak spice, nutmeg, and a touch of roasted nuts provide complexity. There's a delightful interplay of crème brûlée sweetness and a whisper of dark chocolate, culminating in a gentle, almost fruity, rye spice.

Finish: The finish is long, warm, and exceptionally satisfying. Sweetness lingers, evolving into notes of brown sugar and candied orange peel. The distinct charcoal character provides a clean, yet ever-present, backbone, while a touch of leathery oak and black pepper spice gradually fades, leaving a memorable, lingering impression of rich, caramelized sugars and gentle warmth.
