There are subtle undertones of baking spice – nutmeg and a whisper of cinnamon – with a faint wisp of charcoal smoke characteristic of the Lincoln County Process.

Palate: The palate is remarkably smooth and approachable, considering the potential boldness of a limited edition. It opens with sweet vanilla and caramel corn, followed by a pleasant warmth of cinnamon and allspice. The iconic Jack Daniel's banana note is present but well-integrated, not overpowering. Mid-palate, notes of dried fruit (apricot, fig) emerge, alongside a gentle tannic grip from the oak, providing good structure without being overly woody. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and pleasant.

Finish: A medium-long finish that is soft and lingering. Sweetness fades gradually, leaving behind notes of toasted oak, a touch of dark chocolate, and a faint peppery spice. The characteristic Jack Daniel's charcoal linger is subtle and clean, not dry or acrid. It encourages another sip.
