Initial notes of sweet cooked agave are prominent, followed by bright citrus zest (lemon, lime, grapefruit peel), a hint of wet earth, and a subtle undertone of white pepper and fresh herbs like mint or basil. There's a delicate floral whisper, reminiscent of jasmine.

Palate: The palate is remarkably smooth yet full-bodied, showcasing the purity of the agave. The sweetness of cooked agave is perfectly balanced by a lively minerality and a peppery zing that dances on the tongue. Citrus notes persist, alongside green olive brine, a touch of anise, and a creamy texture that belies its unaged nature. The 40% ABV provides a pleasant warmth without any burn.

Finish: Clean, long, and satisfying. The finish lingers with a pleasant warmth, echoing the cooked agave sweetness and a gentle peppery spice. A subtle minerality and a final fresh, almost grassy, note conclude the experience, leaving the palate refreshed and eager for another sip.
