There's a gentle underpinning of sweet corn and a touch of roasted nuts.

Palate: The palate delivers a medium-bodied, velvety texture. Initial flavors of sweet brown sugar and butterscotch transition into classic bourbon notes of vanilla bean and charred oak. A warm spice character emerges, with black pepper, clove, and a slight tobacco leaf nuance, balanced by a pleasant sweetness from dried stone fruit and a touch of dark chocolate.

Finish: A medium-length, satisfying finish that leaves a warm, lingering embrace of vanilla and baking spices. The oak character persists gracefully, accompanied by a faint echo of caramel and a whisper of cocoa, ending on a clean, slightly dry note.

https://takeyourpickliquors.com/products/2000-ezra-brooks-distilling-co-ezra-brooks-no-19-special-reserve-94-proof-750ml
