Subtle undertones of dried apple, orange zest, and a hint of minty freshness mingle with a delicate oak spice, bordering on cinnamon and nutmeg.

Palate: The palate is remarkably smooth and well-rounded for its proof, delivering a harmonious blend of flavors. Initial sweetness of butterscotch and crème brûlée transitions to a warm, peppery spice that tingles the tongue. Ripe dark fruit, notably cherry and plum, emerge mid-palate, complemented by a gentle, integrated oak tannin and a whisper of roasted nuts.

Finish: The finish is medium to long, clean, and satisfying. It gracefully fades with lingering notes of sweet vanilla, a touch of dark chocolate, and a pleasant, warming spice that doesn't overwhelm. A subtle dryness from the oak invites another sip, leaving a memory of sophisticated balance.
